Welcome to Baltimore! Affectionately known as “charm city”, Baltimore has a very rich a diverse history. Since you’ll be getting a fill of art at the wedding, we thought you might enjoy some of the other Baltimore classics. You are staying at the Waterfront neighborhood, close to you is Inner Harbor which boasts the National Aquarium considered one of the worlds best aquariums. Be sure to check out Miss Shirley’s cafe for some delicious breakfast, a Baltimore classic. Try some oysters at Thames St. Oyster House or the legendary crab cakes at Mamas on the Half Shell, be sure to order an orange or grapefruit crush. Thames street oyster house is located in a neighborhood called Fells point which is part of the city’s maritime history.

Inner Harbor is lined with attractions and awesome food options. Another great attraction worth checking out is Edgar Allen Poe house and museum

Within a couple blocks of your hotel, there are several dining options. Some of our favorites are Lebanese Taverna (for Mediterranean food), Nandos (for peri peri chicken), Ouzo Bay (Greek food), Oceanaire (for seafood), and Tagliata (Italian). If you go to Tagliata, there is a very cool speak easy in the same alley called The Elk Room.

Please have fun and thank you for traveling in to celebrate us!
